Appearance
The Phantom isn't just a simple ghost – it is the collected souls of an extinct race. It often appears in the form of a young adult human, usually twenty-one years old. The skin is light, with freckles under the gray eyes, and the glossy black hair reaches in length to the chin. Clothing is often of earth colors, usually browns. Phantom can either appear as a ghost would – invisible, or perhaps just transparent or translucent; or Phantom can appear as a regular being – opaque, solid and tangible.

Personality
The Phantom being the ghost of an entire race, it often refers to itself as 'we' instead of 'I' – even though the mind of all those beings are connected and placed into one. This also means that Phantom has a lot of personality to use. It sporadically switches between many different personalities, and the change can be either slow or fast. Often, it appears calm and collected, very introverted and not talking much, yet still able to have a conversation and be secretive, not saying a thing about itself at the same time.

Heart
Friendship Difficulty: Medium, depending on the person. The Phantom is made up of many different beings at once, and though having a single mind, that mind is sometimes bombarded by several thoughts at one time. One would have to accept Phantom's changing personality, and Phantom would have to accept the character for who they are, before friendship could be accomplished.
Romance: No. The Phantom would probably reject that sort of attention, as being a ghost of numerous other spirits it is hard to believe that something like that would work. It is more possible for Phantom to have a crush on someone than the other way around (or so it believes).

Abilities
(aside from the obvious, such as flying or passing through solid objects)
Energy: There are two main kinds of energy: positive and negative. The Phantom doesn't care for either, meaning it doesn't matter to it whether it gets one or the other. Phantom is made up of neutral energy, as some ghosts start out to be, and the kind of energy it soaks up also helps to determine its personality. Energy can come from both living and nonliving things, from weather to plants to animals to sentient beings; in that order, the ones giving off the least amount of energy to the ones giving off the most. To gain energy, the Phantom can either directly get it from a source (possession) or indirectly take the excess energy that some things release (absorption). Using energy comes in the form of merely existing, but more can be lost in the usage of powers.
Low energy: The Phantom will seem drowsy and slow when having low energy levels. It will constantly and unexpectedly fall into and out of sleep-like states. It cannot do much more than barely exist in this state. Often, it may also split into several different phantasms, making it very confused and disoriented.
Medium energy: The Phantom is normal when in a medium energy state.
High energy: The Phantom can be full of charisma when possessing high energy. Much can be done in this state for long periods of time.

Bending: To a certain degree, the Phantom can bend the weather and elements to its will. The amount to which it can do this depends on the amount of energy it has currently gathered.
Imaging: The Phantom can create images. From false images of other things around it, as though illusions or hallucinations, to true images of it shape-shifting into something else. This takes almost no energy at all.
Possession: The Phantom can possess inanimate objects as well as animate things – so long as it has enough energy. The hardest things to possess are the ones giving off the most energy. Possession takes energy, but that energy can be regathered by stealing the energy of the one in possession. --note: this will be a very rare thing; will not possess characters w/o consent.
Summoning: When in times of having very high amounts of energy, the Phantom can summon shades to do its bidding. A lot of energy is taken away in doing this, almost as much as possession.
